Hello there. adrianstefan92 said to me that, he will send e-mail to 200.000 people and send me the reports in 2 days. But he is a cheater! He didn't send mail and also he didn't send my report! I paid him $30... Ban him please!

 

Where is the admin or mods? Why I can't a reply about it??? He is a cheater! Why he not banned yet?

But the feasible solution to this problem is raise a dispute in paypal to refund the money.

Yes, you can contact moderator as early as possible and say everything what happened with you.

 

I think you'll find that any business dealing here are between you and the seller, it's not the moderators place to start sorting out your business affairs. If you have a dispute with a member take it up with them, your not a child and moderators are not your mommy or daddy.
