Buying I am buying large revenue sites

Hi All

I am in the market to buy large revenue sites ie: sites making no less than 5 K and upwards per months

I will pay excellent multiples of revenue, but sites need to be large.

Other factors

1. Traffic should be mostly organic
2. No sites using a list to market
3. No site that cannot prove their revenue to me for at least 6 months

Please no time wasters, im only interested and will only respond to large sites.

I did not understand why a person sold there site if they earn $5000 or more in a month.

and if you have large budget so why you did not make your own site with your prefer domain.
