I am brokering a domain name and need to maximize my return

Here's the situation. I found a great domain name for a very good deal that will work for a client of mine. I will purchase the name using escrow.com, but I want to make a cut without the client seeing this. What is the best way to markup the domain?

 

Own the domain and sell to your client.

 

If your client is not in the business, he will not know what it cost. I sold an info name for 75 Euro to a client and he was delighted. If he is in the business, he should know that every one has to make a profit, I bet you he makes a profit in his business.
