    But this is how I see it: Google introduced two metrics, quality score for advertizers and smart pricing for publishers. While smart pricing is applied to maximize advertizers ROI, the quality score is used to maximize google's revenue. ads are shown based on CPC times QS (if nobody clicks your ad then we won't show it even if your CPC is $100, 0*100=0). the quality score is another name for CTR (plus very minor other parameters), just to hide the motive of the quality score. And since the dynamic keyword insertion clearly improves the CTR, it then improves the QS.
