i am allow to Link the copyright content in the front page?

    if i am running copyrighted stuff in the forums...........

    but forums doesn't have adsense...


    can i display in the my front page of the site... let says 5 latest movies... once they click it will go to forums...


    is that ok?

    yes its quite ok to do that, unless of course the movies themselves have exclusively restricted the advertisement or display without their permission.

    ovbiously they are pirated movies or else why would i call that copyrighted ....


    what i beleive images of movies poster it should be ok... as long as there is not movie download link in that page it self or embed video

    right?
