Actually you should have only one password for all your email ids this ensures that you easily remember your passwords

Seems strange that someone would pick on all your accounts, you must have pissed someone off. Why use free email accounts to transact business instead of your own private accounts with your own domains ? That is a real noob move in the first place.
At least with you own email accounts, you can get quick support from your hosting company in case of a hack, rather than waiting for a big entity like Yahoo to care that you got hacked on your free email account that they allow you to use.

Thats why you must always write down your important passwords to remember, always remember the computer is an electronic instrument and so you should never trust anything that comes through such a system, nothing beats your hand, pen and paper and write down the passwords and other information and store in a safe place like your own home security locker.

I think you have to try another option, have you tried to recover it by your secondary email ??

I had a hotmail account once, I only had it a few days and lost control over it. Was a while back, but that was enough to stop me ever using it again. Also I never use yahoo, gmail, hotmail for important emails.
