A made for AdSense site isn't the best idea. It's actually a dangerous question to ask on this forum. People work very hard on their websites on this forum and hate Made for AdSense sites.

I dont think that the adsense terms and conditions allow sites purely for ads. So I would say make a site that is informative and has lots of content for a specialist group of people. That way you will get lots of traffic and hopefully if you have your ads placed right and looking good you will get lots of clicks.

    Good luck

Just start writing. Articles about 400 words long. Write lots of them and place them on your website.

    Then write some more

    then write some more

    etc

    It works!

400 words is a bit short for most topics. But the general idea is good: build a good website, build links to it, keep growing the website and then when you have a decent amount of daily visitors (say 1000 or so) adding adsense ads is a good idea. Starting with ads before that is a bit useless: it will pay very little and optimizing ads is hard when you don't have many visitors.
