Just keep getting backlinks and wait google to crawl your website itself. Just submit the sitemap once for new website, it's a waste of time keep updating it everyday.
No, if your site changes frequently, you need to update it frequently. e.g. forum sites... kakos, go to xml-sitemaps.com and create a sitemap for your site. then go to google create an account and upload your sitemap...
