I am a blogger and running my blog for 3/4 month. I know that backlinks are important and trying to get them. Sometimes, I feel like I should have some more expertize knowledge on making back links. I am really confused about a number of things.. 1.what should my URL while making backlinks... http://xxx dot com or www.xxx (dot)com? 2. When I am posting on forum which one is better? placing the URL of the story,or placing the homepage URL?
doesn't matter which one you use. however, whichever you use, stick with that one and dont mix match depends on which page you are trying to promote
Stick with one, it doesn't matter, and then do a redirect to that domain u are building links to from the other other, just to catch any leaked links
That doesn't makes any difference. If you post url of story then you get backlinks for inner pages of your site, its upto you to deicide, that you need backlinks for inner pages or home page. If you are chasing PR than u should post homepage url.
