    Indeed! because the same genuine product is available in market for much lower price. Now I know both because my desktop is having genuine copy that I've purchased from my friend.

    Its better to pay the genuine price and have your personalised copy. :)

    Both the copies don't have a CD I just bought the genuine keys. Both worked as the same with windows activation through microsoft website. What else we need. And also the genuine certificate is installed.

    All the difference is I paid 100 bucks extra first time. But still I don't know how this happens...!!:confused:
