I am almost 2-3 years of subscription with 2 of my servers One of my server have 1 license and always have a billing recurring issues that cause the zamfoo stops. He always blaming the customers, any reasons, first he blame my paypal funds is not sufficient, second change the license key and lastly cancelling the licenses. I told him i have nothing to do kevin, i am not touching my servers, this is small only, i am focusing my VPS hosting. I only offer this shared and reseller hosting for people dont know how to managed the servers. lastly this second week of december, my 1 license was stop again, and he still blame me again. I have so many complain last week, and i submit a ticket but he never replied. when i check the billing 1 invoice was missing and i show to him the paypal subscription number, but he still not responding. i force to buy new 2 license becuase i dont want my customers waiting and complaining to me. now we talk in yahoo messenger, i ask to upgrade my latest 2 license to super alpha, he refuse it and he told me to buy lifetime license, and i did not accept it. but what he doing to me?, he suspend all my licenses and he also blocked me in yahoo messenger and not responding my tickets. in shortly speaking he have no customer service seminar.
