I am a bit confused.....

I know that we can have different kinds of keywords in a same ad group
    like...

    SEO Company India
    Web Article Management
    Press Release Submission
    Seo Services India
    Content Development Services

These are some of the keywords which I am using in the same ad group. Also I have made different ad variations related to all keywords. But can a particular ad be fixed to that particular keyword??
Means if somebody is searching "Article Management" the ad related to article management should be triggered....

Is there some way we can do that because I don't want "press release" ad on the "article" keyword...

    Please Advise...

These keywords should absolutely not be in the same Adgroup.

Different keywords should be in different Adgroups, though there is some argument that

    SEO Company India
    SEO Company in India
    Indian SEO Company

    etc

should be in the same Adgroup - there are two schools of thought on that one.

But if you want a specific advert for a specific keyword, then that keyword needs to appear in its own Adgroup.

The main purpose of Adgroups is to group similar keywords together, so that the advert that appears is relevant.

    I totally agree with custardmite.

Start with one category at a time. Take "SEO Company India" and "Seo Services India" and place them in one adgroup of its own and only write one advert that would appeal to searchers looking for SEO.

Do the same for "Web Article Management" creating a seperate adgroup with one advert.

The ad variation tool is not meant for attaching certain ads to certain keywords. It is used to test different variations of the same advert to see which one performs best.

this is the whole meaning of relevancy. You need to use your adgroups to seperate messaging based on a clustering of keywords. Obviously the messaging cannot apply to each of those keywords so therefore needs seperate adgroups. I recommend 1 adgroup per keyword in your situation so that you can provide the most relevant message for each keyword.
