    And if their subscribed does that mean they will visit when i post next ?

    It doesn't necessarily mean they will visit. They will get a notification that something new has been posted on your site -- if it interests them, they'll visit.

    If you're using something like feedburner to track your stats, it shows you "subscribers" on the basis of the people who visited your feed, in addition to the actual email subscribers...

    Congrats on your growing suscriber base. Keep posting good quality content and you'll get more. A returning reader is better than 3 one-time readers IMHO.

    Yes you need to get your own domain for now a subdomain will be ok but you would be better off with your own domain :D
