Don't worry. You're OK as long as it doesn't happen frequently. :D

Some time ago, I emailed them about this and here is part of their reply.

    ============================================
We do understand that accidental clicks may occur, so we don't require
that you contact us every time you click on your ads.

For your reference, you can find tips and guidelines for keeping your
account in good standing by visiting

    Hope this helps.

Only once won't do any harm...
But be very careful not to make that mistake in the near future...

It's better to drop them an email in any way. If your account will be suspended at least you will have a proof to show them.

If it was just one click then do not worry . but still if you feel bad and can't help you then I suggest that you report your click to google and they will take care of it :)

Yeah, It will make no difference. But, to be on the safe side, mail adsense with the details.

I think it is ok as long as you do repeatly do it. I think they will monitor / track the IP address and monitor the trends and see whether there is any adnormal clicks.

Just try to be careful in future.

As long as you don't repeat it its fine. Most people will ask you to mail google and be safe but actually nothing like that is needed. They will deduct it from your revenue

I did this and was told by the good people on this board that Google probably understands that you might make the odd accidental click and will not ban you unless you do it a lot.

They have set up the algorithms so they know who clicked on their own ads. You will see your one click in your account, but no payments on that. You should be fine.

I should imagine you'll be fine. They expect the odd 'rogue' click & no doubt can monitor it
    very well now anyway.

I had my adsense account taken away from me because of such activity, that I didn't do!
No idea where the clicks came from or on what site. Did nothing at all out of the ordinary
and Google refused to give me any details so I could look into it and just closed my
account & took all previous earnings with it. Nice! Couldn't believe they could get away
with that, but they can. It was about the same time I had my Adwords account hacked into
so it could be related. Took weeks to get that sorted out & my money back.

Maybe that's just my bad luck, but would be interested to hear if anyone else
    has experienced similar...

    Cheers!

if it is just one click, then don;t worry. u miht get a warning email from google saying that they spotted an invalid click and tell you to be carefull in the future, but one accidental click will not get you banned
