Hey, This is the website: Forum Image Hosting The main idea is to have free image hosting to the visitors. Few things i have added are: adsense revenue to the register members. social bookmarking icons small images on main page I made also 2 "blog" banners for facebook and mixx it, which i just put to see what's better, those or the social bookmarking icon. Any one else think i need to drop furl.com icon? Hope to get some feedback, thanks!
Generally speaking I like the site, the pages are guick to load, clear navigation, not too cluttered. I like the multiple file upload facility. Could the report file screen be improved by adding a link on the offending image (REPORT THIS IMAGE) - which would then carry over the link to the image. I'm not too sure on the logo which doesn't seem to marry up with the name TubeImage.com - maybe you don't need a logo at all? The diagonal lines (reversed on the background) don't appeal to me either, maybe it the combination of the two that doesn't work? Altogether - I like and will probably use. Good luck CW
Hey CanaryWoolf, Thanks for the honest review. After reading your review i think about re-shape the main page, probably logo will be gone indeed.
I think you should try and keep away from explicit images.... are the images reviewed by the administartor will it be freely uplodaded by users?
sorry did not men to offend but to rephrase my question it would be as follows : Can users upload any pictures they want or is someone going to administer the image content? That was the question... sorry mate
I would like to know, how much that script cost your web site? and how much if you sell your site? that is very nice web site and script, I am interesting to know the cost.
am trying now ( uploading some pictures, will see if you can manage that heavy traffic ), but whats the deal with that polar bear ? EDIt: i wonder, whats the bandwidth it should be for image hosting site ?
You uploaded the bacons image? Well, i have no idea why i putted this polar bear.. he is just looks cool And yeah, image hosting take a lot of bw, can't tell you now as it's still growing.. Which traffic you claim to make?
eh yeah.. i drop out that idea since it doesn't have lot of bandwidth's as compared to flicker or blogger image hosts
