Hypothetical - us domains/nexus requirements

    Hello guys, I'm new here

    I have a theoretical question:

    There is a .us domain I want to register, but I know that there "nexus" requirements in order to register a .us domain.


    Alright I have some relationships to the USA:
    - Adsense Income
    - Legal US Mail Adress on my name
    - Contacts in the USA

    Am I allowed to register .us domain or is a mail address not enough ? It's similar to maintaining an office so I'm pretty unsure.

    If I'm not qualified please PM me if you want to be my business partner to register .us domains. I will share 5% of every domain sale with you (negotiable).
