Hey... Ok if you had reach or were about to reach $10,000 a month on with adsense, what would you do next? Besides the obvious of making $10,000 in to $20,000. I mean what other ventures would you look into expanding to increase your portfolio and diversify? Your thoughts on this are greatly appreciated....
This really has nothing directly to do with Adsense, you are smiply asking how you would invest/spend if you had an extra $10k-20k
Well I went there and above in 2010 and came back also since.. What I have done, nothing else.. I'd say from $3000+ it doesn't really matter, it's already enough to support my living, just goes into savings and buying toys, nothing out of the ordinary really. But more is good, I accept whatever I can get out of not working for a boss or customers!
I think I'd save and invest a good chunk of that money and also reinvest some into the sites, etc. that are making me money.
Ok...so humor me... Now JC that is a story I would like to know.... What happened that made you come back? And how far of a drop back was it? My idea situation would have me prepared for the drop back when and if it comes.
Well, it was lots of traffic than usual for a few months, then google penalized the sites, because they were penalizables honestly, so it went back to normal
I had i site that made between $600 to $800 by month and then a leave my job after some time my site was banned from adsense and got another work. So now i have a site that makes over $150 by month but i still working what do you think i'm gonna do if i have a site with $10,000 profit? Leave my job again a live as a king in my house....
lol My English is not very good, I will try to improve my writing next time. thank you for your answer.
I would probably not try to increase anything. I'd just live it up in life with the money. I wouldn't be here, that's for sure.
I don't know...being that this is where the inspiration came from... I mean I was almost down on adsense...was told taht I wouldn't make any real money on it. Started doing research and seeing blogs where it took 8 months to make the first payout. Seeing blogs where it took a guy 3 years to break $200 a month...Oh and last but not least the lady on Youtube that started adsense back in 03 and int 09 she had her biggest month: Google AdSense Record Earnings - $5,974 That's 6 years to get to roughly $6000! Really I didn't have time for that. So I found DP and read story after story and realized that I was seriously onto something and if I continued to work it...I could be seriously be a adsense success story! So no matter how much I make...I will still be on DP when I get some extra time
I'm agree with you and I'm going to add something more, We most to remember that users comes to our sites to see the content not to click the ads maybe that's the mistake that most of us commit.
I'd make sure the income kept steady. Then I'd improve my business by using the same methods that the $10.000 came from, outsource maintenance till I had a 100.000 month business. 90 percent of the income would go straight to the bank and other projects.
I crossed 10,000 $ mark about a year ago, then little drop but still earning just little less than 10,000 $ monthly, but I feel that there is always a risk in AdSense, so I invested in textile sector and from this industry I also earnings decent money and me making textile industry as a backup of Adsense.
I would save up and start investing in other portfolios such as real estate and stocks. Or use it to start another big web project! The things to do are really endless
I do agree with you. This question should be posted into the General Business forum. However what to do with the money depends on what your interests, activities are, or what is the niche you are in or would like to expand. However if you mean making nasty amounts of money from AdSense, while it's possible, you will raise an alert flag if suddenly occurs and objectionable activity is detected to achieve higher monetary goals.
I would expand my monetisation strategy by either improving the Adsense site or creating a new one -- I wouldn't be comfortable with relying solely on Adsense for income. Affiliate marketing or CPA would be my top choices.
