    This site is really just waiting on Google to let it out of the sandbox before it explodes. Although adsense can be all over the place, lately the clicks have been worth over $1.00 each.

    Site has earned $12.04 this month so far (adsense only).

    Gets about 20 uniques per day.

    Bidding starts at $100 (less than 10x revenue)
    BIN $275

    I will not accept lower/backup offers. This is not a new site with no traffic or PR. This site is established with PR and revenue.

    If the clicks are worth over 1$ apiece why is it showing 25cents per click ?

    I see real ads on the inner pages (for anxiety type ads). The homepage is PSA's at the moment, but I think it might have been ads about an hour ago when I looked
