Hyphens in a domain

    What do you think of hyphens in a domain name? Is this a bad practice or is it OK? Obviously it's not ideal, but is there any major reason not to do this?

    i think its pretty ok, as long as the contents are unique and relevant.

    It should be second option if you won't get without hyphen domain name.

    It drastically reduces the value of the domain name. From a SEO point of view, it helps a little.

    Well said... I was just goind to say that myself! Depends on where you want to use the domain too aswell as what your primary SEO goals for it are!
