Hyperlink drops you to certain part of the page.

Hi,

Just wondering what is the html element where a hyperlink drops you to another part of the page.

Commonly seen on FAQ pages. They do not take you to another page like a normal hyperlink but actually take you to somewhere further down on the same page?

What they called and how do I implement them?
