Hyper Text Link Questions

Thanks for your help in advance!

I have a couple 27 spoke Link Wheels. I am wondering should I have single keyword Hyperlinks pointing to my Money Site or go for 2-3 Keyword phrase links instead. If I go for the long tail text links will I still score for my main keyword if used within them?

I have wondered the same thing and chose to use both ways, but I do not have the answer to that.
