    I have switched extensively to dashes and find it is quite sucessful.

    I would be happy with JessicaAlba or Jessica-Alba, so take whatever is available. With dashes you get nice credit in domain name. I also extensively use dashes in image names and urls.

    Read the above links I've provided above. Dashes will make your URL SEO friendly.

    For example

    http://www.abc-of-skiing.com/ski-fitness/general-conditioning.asp
    General Conditioning is separated by dashes. :p
