Traffic will come by itself from the referral program or you can buy advertising on HYIP forums and other sites.

The site also has a forum but if you don't want it you can always remove it. There's not that much activity there now because the site is new. I recommend you keep it as it ensures member trust.

Hosting that I have is currently $7 a month.
Other costs include paying the members, but I will show the buyer how to generate the income and still make a profit.
