I Have seen a lot of questions being asked more frequently on DP from newer members how to get indexed on google. Well I have decided to make a short list of the 4 best methods! Submit to Digg.com If you submit your site to digg.com and write a nice article about it then this should get your new website indexed on google within 24 Hours off making the thread Place Your Site's Link In Signature If you place your Link to your site in your signature on DigitalPoint Forums or any other popular forum then your site also should be indexed within 24 Hours off doing this. Submit Your Sitemap To Google Submitting your sitemap to google will help your site getting indexed within 24hours by notifying google your site is ready to be crawled by there bots. You can use google webmasters tools for this. It can be accessed from your google dashboard. Leave comments on similar Blogs Post a few comments on other blogs related to yours to get a few links and also this might gain you a bit of extra traffic. Remember to see if your site is indexed search google for "site:yoururl.com" I hope you found these methods useful!
Hello I would buy some traffic = 2,000 -10,000 hits as that will get not only google but every major and minor SE crawling you asap! It works very well as ive tested it... laterz malcolm
If it's a blog burn a feed at feedburner.com I managed to get bubsyseo dot com listed 85 this way without any links for busby seo in 4 days
It's great to know that adding your site to your DP siggy would be indexed by Google much faster, I bet especially if you have lots of posts here.
Sitemap is KEY to getting indexed fast imo. Ive done a test with very similar websites, link structure and content one with a sitemap submitted to google one without. The one with a sitemap submitted to google was indexed 4 days before the other.
Backlinks is the real key to get indexed and get the bot to crawl your website. However, as 'malcolm1' said above a lot of traffic/visitors are also a good way to get indexed really fast in major search engines as long as they are currently using G/Y/M Toolbars
Getting your site indexed really shouldn't be a problem. Search engines exist to crawl the web and find new links, it's their entire raison d'etre.
