Hydranetwork Support

hi, I need some support from Hydranetwork but I think my AM is on holiday and I tried to call their phone but no one answering... can anyone please help me? thanks!

Are you sure they keep the same hours as you, I know it's hard for me to get in touch with my AM on hydra with my full-time job's schedule.

 

what`s the AM for hydra ?

 

hydra is huge, they have 10+ AM's. The are on PST time, 9am to 5pm monday through friday

 

yes,,i think you can spend time on holiday like them

I saw 2 of the AMs online yesterday.. so i think they are back from holidays

 

I talked to mine today so I know at least mine is.
