It is a fact that people simply loves hybrid cars. They love hybrid cars because of the benefits it can give them, to the other people and the environment. So, what is it about hybrid cars that it is now attracting more and more people to get one for their own?
Simple, they save gasoline. They run off battery power till they reach a certain speed, then switch to gas.
Less cost in gas is a big reason for the big surge in the purchases of hybrid vehicles. Add in that they are less damaging to the environment generally speaking and people can feel a little bit better about driving. The catch is that it isn't likely that you'll make up the premium cost of a hybrid with the reduced consumption of gas, so it isn't for purely financial reasons.
