    I need to sell this site fast that is why I am going to price it lower then what I want.. This site currently produces $3-$5 a day.. before it was much more I was earning $200+ a month. But lately due to my crappy hosting provider the site is not doing as well.. Anyhow you can buy the site with the vbulletin license & phplink directory script or not...

    I am expecting this site to be pr5 or pr4 at the least I have done lots of link building for the site etc!!

    Price is $1000 all scripts included (search script, vbulletin script, phplink directory script)

    $765 for the site if you dont want the vbulletin and phplink directory script included.

    Any questions let me know but if you are not serious about buying the site dont WASTE MY TIME thanks! :D

    could you provide more details on the traffic? I assume from the search box you can search the directory listings?
