If you really think there is something to your story, please write a good synopsis of the articles you're showing, something that people are more likely to read (no sarcasm intended). I think the better question is can you prove your point with some good solid non conspiracy related links, quotes, etc before anyone is going to bother to support you or attempt to disprove you. At this point I don't see any point to try either.

Who knows maybe the technology does exist, it is very possible in the future at this time though I do see it as very unlikely especially to that large of a scale. Experiments on a scale basis are much different than creating an actual hurricane, and then controlling their movements, IMO

Well.. there is no proof as i said before.. just clues. People may blame this on global waming but I find it odd that 3 hurricanes was striking against the southern america while Cuba didn't suffer any casualties.

Well if you wish to continue the topic perhaps laying out rationale grounds of the possibility of it existing a bit better than phrases such as,

Especially when stating something so off the charts it would be adviseable to link to sites that aren't as looney as the subject matter itself. Even if people don't agree with you they might give you green for at least making a good attempt at the subject matter at hand.

 

I was right in every statement when I wrote that.. it was just that you didn't accept my proofs to be serious enough for you so from now on, I call them clues.

 

My take on this, after reading and viewing the videos is that the technology exists. Is it really the Russians that are deploying it is another question though. We all know that Russia is struggling financially and do sell weapons to other nations. Is it possible this technology is in the hands of someone else who really hates the US? I dunno, but if there's any truth to this that would seem like a more probable scenerio .
