    It has been said that the U.N. constitution (or whatever they call it) has a part in it about not allowing the use of weather machines on each other. And since we are part of the U.N. you know we won't be using our weather machine on anyone and that all those other peace loving countries wouldn't use theirs on anyone either.

    From what I've seen, not at all. Just delegates from all nations coming together to smile for the camera, grand stand during debates, and get free kick backs wherever they go. IMO the U.N. is (or rather: has become) a complete joke.
