    I like the site design because it's plain and simple. It's good that I can see a search listing provided to help potential buyers look for property. However, one thing obviously lacking is the image of listed properties and also something useful like floor plan. Maybe you consider creating a special column offering tips on how to search for best property to buy.

    Layout is good very easy to navigate around. I like how you include the 'Search Listings'. That would be convenient for visitors. The 'Google Map' is also useful in my opinion.

    Maybe what you could add is a thumbnail of the image on the front page beside the house advert.

    I like the site design. Simple and to the point.

    One thing I don't like though is the lack of pictures on the front page. IMO, a real estate site should be full of current properties. Of course, this just may be because you haven't gotten to that point yet. If so, I apologize.

    I like how you are taking a simple directive with the site but I think it could use some dressing up with a good graphics header and some framing. Please add some pictures so that we can get a better idea of what it looks like because I may have an issue with there not being much to see.

    i like the header but i think you can add more colorful pictures of houses to make it more attractive. i like the little house up there though. since it is a realestate, i think it is a good idea to add more colorful pictures of houses to make it catchy. the pictures at the "featured listing" are missing. I think the layout looks good overall.. just add some color pictures and you are good to go. the "search listing" looks professional and you have good ad placement too! . as it is right now! i give you 7/10 . i'll check back later! .good luck :)
