I fail to see where you are actively insulting Ted Kennedy who currently holds active office and has actually been responsible for killing someone.

Just see the typical Bush bashing that you guys just can't get enough of.

It's so biased it is insane.

It goes for many people in this thread.

I like Cheney about as much as I like Ted Kennedy. Yet don't see me whining and bitching like some of you people are doing in here. This is a political forum not a bash the right and left forum.

Why do we do this? Do you believe you are going to change anyones opinion by resorting to name calling and party bashing?

    I mean asslicker....?

    Great job not inciting anger.

This isn't even a political topic. It was a fucking hunting accident. This thread was nothing more than a OMFG Cheney shot someone impeach him! thread and you can CLEARLY see that by the title as the thread creator simply wanted to make it look like Cheney went out of his way to shoot an INNOCENT civilian.

It's just fucking retarded how some of you act in here.

If you are going to bitch and moan about Cheney and wish his removal from office I can only believe you should do the same for someone equally as bad like Ted Kennedy.

Yet all you see is "Remove Ted Kennedy, he is EVIL!" yet Republicans can do no harm. Then you see "IMPEACH BUSH BECAUSE BECAUSE.. HE LIED OMG" yet you fell silent when asked about Clinton or Kennedy.. or the countless other people that had the same intelligence Bush had and voted for the war.

*Sigh*... Tesla and Anthonycea take the cake with the anger issues. It's like they just wake up and set a goal for how many Republicans they can piss off on this day. It's just pathetic.

Oh well back to my website....

Wow, you feel better now? I think you just did exactly what you are against. Interesting.

Now, the title of the thread was copied directly from a news wire story title.

Also, where did I suggest Cheny be impeached?

The pinicle of this for me is that if this guy dies, there is no recourse for his family. They will say Cheney was there for an official goverment reason and therefore can't be held liable.

In that sense, if it was you who was shot, wouldn't I be on your side? To you would it matter who the shooter was or who was going to take care of your family?

Yeah, lets' hide this issue and never speak of it again cause it puts Cheney in a bad light.

    Boo fucking hoo.

At what point in that nice little rant of mine did I ever utter Noppid?

I was not doing what I am bitching about. I am not attacking parties and people. I am simply trying to understand why someone can say the things they do about Cheney and turn away and be silent at the fact that Ted Kennedy has actually be responsible for killing someone.

    It's fucking insane.

I NEVER said hide issues. All I ask is that we not resort to "asslicker" insults for fuck's sake... I mean shit come on.

It was a hunting accident guy and it could easily happy to any hunter out there just by being careless ONCE. There may be no room for error but humans DO ERROR. He has accepted responsibility for his actions and said it was his fault.

Soooooo whats the problem here? You want to isend him to jail on those grounds? I dont see regular citizens going to jail for hunting accidents... why should he?

What would be the recourse in any other situation?

    I'm not.. just curious.

It's not my problem I don't guess. If you enjoy spending all your time attacking people instead of issues than cool by me. Leave the issue part up to intelligent people that don't resort to asslicker and bamabutthead remarks....

    I started the thread. :D

And on that note. How long do you think you or I would spend at a police station if we commited a hunting accident?

How about if we waited 14 hours or till the next day to tell anyone the truth?

I don't recall Mr. Cheney being debriefed by the police like you are I would have been.

It's not about Cheney, it's about goverment abuse of the policy that we have to live by and they don't.

    Sheese.

I see just the opposite. People assume that because he a man of power, he must be lying and covering something up.

The real story would have to be pretty awful for this to be the cover-up.

Being drunk would sound better, because at least that would give him an excuse for accidentally shooting his hunting buddy. Without the booze excuse, the next obvious thought is senility. That's much worse in the court of public opinion.

Hmmm... I never got that far in my legal studies...

I am pretty sure that he can be charged whether he was drunk or sober. I mean -- you should not be shooting people (even lawyers!) no matter how much you have had to drink.

I do not see any evidence that hunting while intoxicated is illegal in Texas.

Shooting someone -- even by accident -- probably is a crime -- intoxicated or not.

Ferret, Dick Cheney's incident should be ignored since Ted Kennedy killed someone.

Oh, that's right. So I guess that negates the Ted Kennedy incident.

Does anything trump the Clinton BJ?

Neither should be ignored. They got treated differently then we would have.

We are supposed to be equal. :/
