I was able to login (another DP member actually sent me my login info last night) and see my report today - although the report could be a lot more clear - I was able to find the articles written and the directories submitted to. And I was able to find links incoming from their articles in Yahoo Site Explorer. Basically what I'm saying is - I do believe Lychee and her team did do work for me and if I could I would change the negative iTrader I gave her. But, that being said, I do think they need to work on their communication and the clarity of their reports. It's very frustrating as a customer to not know what's going on and to never get the login info you were promised.
Zibblu, I wish I could have found the info in the reports you did. I tried and I asked and I asked but the lack of clear timely communications and clear reports is a bummer. Lychee's offerings look very good and if the communications problems get resolved it could be very good.
