Thanks Marc (Zortag) I only noticed this pm a few days later and emailed you to telling you that for accounting reasons, it made more sense to us if you simply paid the additional $45 directly to our paypal account rather than issuing a refund. Either you never received this email or decided not to upgrade. On Dec 23rd we advised clients that we would be offline between 24-27 December for the xmas break and again from Dec.30-02 Jan. We posted it on dynamicbluelink.com and in our Dynamic Reports site. Additionally, we mass-mailed all registered clients. On Dec 26 you gave me a negative itrader. On Dec. 27th you demanded a refund via Paypal. On Dec. 29th you were fully refunded for your $10. My colleague Justin who handles and manages payments made the refund. He then left on holiday and failed to close your account. This is why I was still convinced your account was still active. And because you showed interest in upgrading, I immediately put your account up for MegaPack, even before receiving your payment. As it turns out, you had already been fully refunded. So I guess this issue is closed for us both. I can appreciate your views on how to run an online business. So i'm sure you can appreciate that I have different views. I dont post an email address in my site because of spam. Even so, on a daily basis we have to pick through the junk to actually find our clients and other people enquiring about the service. I have a very busy business. I do understand I can do better in terms of communication, but I certainly dont "run away with the cash". I am not a 12 year-old. I am a 37 year-old running a legitimate business in the mix of a 7-month pregnancy. I currently count 98 DP clients in this program. Work has been completed on an additional 43 DP accounts. And where there has been a delay, I have made it up to them. And do you know what the profit is for the $10 trial plan? Its $3.75 Cutting away paypal's 'duties', the weak exchange rates to Euros and Europe's VAT, $3.75 is my profit. So, I dont cut and run for that. I work very hard indeed. And because I am serious about my business, I work my bum off for a mere $3.75 You do understand, surely, that my 'image' on this forum has been tarnished because of the "public" mishap you and i had, and especially the negative itrader. I had a guy interested in the Megapack yesterday. He then pm'd me saying he was no longer interested because he read your itrader note about me. Those remarks you made were enough for him, without even trying out my program, to call me a scammer and telling me to get lost (he used the F word!). That was tough to read. And with emotions running high in my 7-month pregnancy, it was very distressing. But as i said, I work hard to run my business and keep my clients happy. I'll just have to work even harder now!

I KNOW you have refunded me, that is not an issue anymore. I will ask this question one more time, and then I give up. I have said TWICE already in the last few days that I am willing to give you another chance and pay you a new $55 for a Mega pack to see if your service is all that you claim. I will do this under the condition that you communicate with me via my real email address, as I stated in my previous PM. If you do a good job, I will be happy to give you a positive itrader. The point is my reputation has been tarnished badly by your negative itrader. I have to work that much harder to get past that. As i explained in my pm yesterday, i have been feeling the brunt of that negative itrader ever since. 7 anonymous red reps have also tarnished me. I thank you for your willingness to try my program again, but I will decline. I offered to pay her a new $55 for her Mega Pack. I never asked her for any kind of free service - all she had to do was let me pay her and then do what she says her service does to prove that this is valid. As you can see, she declined. She continues to claim that everything is my fault, not hers. Wow, this says volumes. She is just about the worst business person I have encountered in my 25 year professional career. Buyer beware.
I dont know what your problem is zortag. I dont want your business because i dont want your business. i am not obliged to take you on. And a Private Message is a PRIVATE message. Who gives you the right to publish a private message I sent to you? Some time over the weekend, I am also going to publish a full list of the backlinks you already had so everyone can see for themselves. They will see the date of publication too. That was work I paid for. .
I have had many deals on dp over the last few months maybe about 30, but until I had purchased this program I have never had a problem. It took almost 3 weeks of pm's and emails before I even got my password to log on, which I orginally paid for around the 17th of November. Having been able to logon in mid december where their stats showed that 25% of the work had progressed as of 17/12 but since then nothing it still shows the 25% and last activity was 17/12. So according to their service its says the work should of been completed by yesterday. But nothing has been done and it is still stuck at 25% The lack of communication from this person is very dissapointing. If they had a problem or a delay a simple email would of been ok, but nothing. I see i am not the first to give a bad IT trader. You need to complete your clients work before you start advertising for new work Lychee.

Zortag, you should have stopped complaining when you got your money back, posting private messages isn't cool and she has no obligation to work for you. I wasn't satisfied with this service and I received a promt refund, no big deal, I moved on.
You should charge at least $70,- for that Megapack, people will still buy it. Don't worry about the few people that give you a hard time, they aren't worth worrying about. Give em hell!

I paid over a month ago and did see one email saying they were behind, but nothing since. What's Up With this.
I'm still waiting for login/pw or some sort of report to know that anything was done for the $150 I paid. I ordered this service in November... So I've been waiting a while to say the least...
If anyone got a login please check to see when your campaign was started. When I checked it said my campaign started last May. Now I cannot find a report under my login. Just comparing notes here; hopefully Lychee will pop in and clarify.

The report I got didn't show me anything and it said my campaign started in May of 2007. Lychee hasn't been on DP since Jan 31st. Hopefully she will be back to straighten this out. I'm going to have to start a complaint with PayPal... It's been nearly 3 months now without ever receiving any report or login info or any indication that any work was done for the $150 I paid. Well it looks like it is too late to open a complaint. But certainly I do request a full refund at this time. All I can do I guess is give a negative iTrader, the first time I've ever had to do that.
