OK Lychee. I'm sorry to say that, despite the emails i sent you i did not even get a username and password to the system. If I don't get any news today I will officially call it a scam. Or maybe its already too late. Anyways. I encourage other clients to speak up and if they are not getting any service, they vote accordingly to their experience with iTrader. TIME SPENT PERFECTING THE SYSTEM FOR YOU When we first started offering this link-building service we used a lot of blog networks who offered to publish backlinks in their posts. When we open a new account, an automated email is sent out to the client via email. The client is asked to activate the account and log in. If the client does not do so, the account automatically resets itself and resends the activation email. This continues until the client actually gets the email. But gmail/hotmail emails for some reason dont even deliver our activation emails to spam folder. At least clients claim that mails are not being received. So before you trash me for not providing the service, kindly email us first and ask us to check your account status. It is very likely that we do have your account open. The best option is to give us an alternative email. Because of this I am having to chase up clients manually asking them to log in to their accounts. WE HAVE OVER 100 DP MEMBERS AS CLIENTS I wont place the list here, but since october I've been working on the accounts of over 100 DP members. WE ARE GOOD SERVICE PROVIDERS There were some delays in opening accounts. When you first register with us we state that your account will open within 3-5 days. At times there are delays, but I always make sure I make it up to the client and most clients can vouch for the fact that I end up giving them much more than what they paid for. As mentioned above, we offer a fantastic service at great prices. But you also have an incredible refund policy at your disposal. If you're thinking of using our services, I humbly ask you to remember that even if I dont get to reply to your emails within the first 24 hours, you are signing in to a top notch link building service. And nobody gives you a better refund policy than we do.
Just wanted to leave a shout out.... I too was not happy with the lack of communication and left some posts here and also PM'd. After the explanation, I understand better the issues. And I finally received a PM and login information for my account. And I can honestly say that the work is definitely being done. I still had some questions but I have been doing some validation and I see the progress is legitimate. I tested on a brand new site with absolutely no links. After running SEO Elite, I find that I have 175 backlinks. Now I can do directory submissions, etc....and build on these links. I now make daily sales on this site so I feel more confident in investing more time and money into this site. Perhaps with their new communication, things will get better. Looking at other people who have had problems dealing with Lychee, along with others who have had things go smoothly, I suspect that Lychee's operation is probably legitimate, but unfortunately has very poor customer service. Lychee apparently doesn't understand that this is NOT the way to run a business to which customers will respond positively. In my case, I paid him $10 back in Nov for an intro/test package, but I never heard a single word from him in over a month. Within the last few days, after discovering I still hadn't heard from him (it was $10 and I had forgotten about it), I sent him several PM's, posted on this thread, and contacted the support though his website submission form. The result? Nothing. No word at all. Lychee, this is not the way to conduct business. If you take people's money, you need to be responsive to them! Do you really want to start getting a bunch of negative iTrader ratings, negative DP posts that ruin your reputation, Paypal arbitration, etc.? Maybe if enough of us start to complain then Lychee will start to get the message.
Do the links on blogs pass page rank? Do you guarantee you won't spam blogs/sites to obtain links? Would it be a one-time fee?
I paid for this offer at the beginning of November, nothing happened for a few weeks, then I saw a couple of links show up on pure spam blogs that would have done me no good at all, one blog post would have about 5 unrelated ads with an unrelated title. The good news is I asked for a refund and was sent one promptly so I did not post negative iTrader. It also sounds like Lychee is using better blogs now. I agree with the above poster that this is more like bad customer service and probably not an outright scam. I would be interested in hearing if anyone's job was actually completed and if the blogs they are posted on are okay. The service has potential if the blogs are not banned by google.
