    1. url: http://www.laughingacres.com
    2. database: bought from a member in dp - around 10,000 jokes
    3. design is adapted from an indexskins skin (http://www.indexskins.com). as such, the footer link to indexskins will have to stay if you decide to keep the design. the design is fully css + template php file driven.
    4. script is custom-developed (mod_rewrite done)
    5. there is no admin-backend
    6. the site is new - so consider as no revenue and negligible traffic

    sale details:
    1. paypal
    2. domain registered at namecheap - so free push
    3. this is an auction
    4. starting bids at $100
    5. reserve, bin and auction end-date to be announced later
