    edit: since last time I put this up for sale I have added some black label ads making aprox $1/day and also have an advertiser for $50/month

    The value of the site is hard to say since it has not yet been monetized as discussed here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2199580

    The forum will include the IPB forum License and the IPBForum skin so I will transfer that to you along with the domains after puchase.

    I know that you cannot sell the Facebook or Twitter pages with these so I will give you them for free.

    Also I attached the Google Analytics to DigitalPoint, but it would only select 1 of the accounts, I use another to monitor the forum separate from the main site.

    No. You must update it with good content. It would not have the traffic it does now by me just letting anything get posted up.
