Thank you, one last question before I bid, if this is a new site; will it keep its PR, or will that start to drop quickly?

 

Depends on how you market it. I buy expired /deleted domains always with PR, and have always kept the PR and actually moved up.

 

Any traffic? Where is it hosted? PM sent too by the way.
