What do you prefer? Probably humanism, but think a minute.. What are the porpuse of the human race? We are just a little part in the evolution. In the future, robots that outsmart us will have a bigger influense in the politics. I am positive towards it. Even if they decides to kill every human planet. I mean, think of all the inventions that they could bring and all planets they can explore etc. I know that I will die someday this century and I would like a better evolution to raise after me. This is a good alternative, I go for antihumanism and pro-robotism.

From what? Robots? Security cameras? Bilderberg? Aliens? NWO? HAARP?

We are not doing anything about it ;)

I believe that when our robot/alien overlords come to power; that if we have not made any attempt to look like them that they will destroy us. So, tinfoil is the shiniest (and cheapest) material I could find to reach their overlord-like wishes. I'm safe. Are you?

I just hope that the robots will be trained in the lost art of proper grammar. If the robots know how to use the English language properly, I'm all for it.

You do not understand. Our robot overlords will not allow us to keep our primitive language.

    Or...for our robot overlords:

No reason to be sorry. My post actually was not related to you. Sorry if it seemed that way. I have NO problem with poor grammar from secondary language speakers. It's the lazy attitude in the USA towards grammar that disappoints me.

A generation of robots would do the trick.

After looking at the way human governments operate, and all the misery and destruction that goes on in our world today, I have come to believe that humans need leaders which are not human, but machines.

We should build advanced artificial intelligences which rule with logic and reason, not emotion. A super biocomputer with desireable human characteristics could become and omnipotent ruler who rules over humans with the best interest of the world, not itself, in mind.

This idea is not original though. I got it from one of the endings of the groundbreaking game Deus Ex, where you get to merge with Helio to become a omnipotent digital entity.

Sad thing is many people think they have the best interest of the world, that is why they are blind to the misery and destruction that goes on in our world.

Examples: Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Hirohito, etc. (limited it past/dead leaders because I don't want to start a political argument)

Have you considered going in for writing sci-fi? If you do, then you might want to add into your thoughts:- For Robots to influence politics and have a need for exploration and self preservation they will need human-consciousness. The most viable way to achieve that would be to 'migrate' human-minds into machines that simply replace the human body. The result, bio-mechanical humans,, not robots!!!

Have fun thinking about how to do the migration and when you're done sorting that one out. Think about how-long such bio-mechanical humans will value a sterile life. After that, figure in to your story 'how' you tell folk that with all this fancy technology they will still 'need' to adhere to a finite lifespan so someone else can live in their place... After that,,, perhaps you might suggest a reason for not going insane in such an environment!!!!

Ehhh hmmm.... Actually, Neural-net technology 'can' and does program all kinds of stuff without humans, some of which cannot be interpreted by top mathematicians in a single life-time... (No I'm not defending the original post, but just thought I'd point that out):D :D
