    That was an extremely ugly page. I'm not sure if they are a premium publisher, but that page was ridiculously crowded.

    I doubt that they are Premium Publishers.
    but they are violating adsense TOS for sure.

    1) More than 3 ad blocks
    2)Labling ads..
