    To do that the tool will have to cache the entire internet. If I could cache the entire internet I would have other use for that cache.

    So for the starter is not your problem why and how the publisher removed his adsense code or id. I do not see any good purpose of why would you like to find its id.

    The ad unit is labeled "car-test".
    So, uh, maybe its just a test & this obscure subdomain site isn't "live" yet?

    Perhaps the thread author is trying the get a lot of traffic to HIS site. Knowing of course most if not all of us would not click on ads. But he may not be after ad clicks, just traffic. Which would explain why this same thread is over here.
