1 item can travel up to 3 weeks.
Buy 3 items(for order or stock)= 1 week.
Buy 10 items delivery can be done in 3 day's.

Onsite SEO has been done and easy manageable for new products with WP plugin.
Maintenance costs are very low ~120$ per year for domain and hosting.
Marketing team - 1800$ per year, but that's up to you how much you put in.
