    Very High starting Bid.....

    $300 a month adsense x 12 = $3600

    Suspected $300 a month link and banner sales x 12 = $3600

    This amounts to $7200 a year and thats only if the suspected income is actually acheived.

    Most sites only sell for 6-10 months income. So your starting Bid is WELL above what the BIN should be.

    it is trial version, like I mentioned in first post, need to be upgrade to latest version IPB. I know I paid overprice but I bought it for potential..reason I am selling is I got two big sites(not forums) and it takes too much time.

    The start bid is too high! AdSense revenue is not more then $200 (looking at stats on SP). Also, there's a lot of broken links ... Btw. do you have 60k page views or unique users???
