The site isn't properly monetized because I have many sites and I spend the most of my time doing web design and programming work.

The site was monetized with AdSense and Clickbank, but I'm displaying the same ads on other sites of mine without tracking channels, so I can't provide any specific revenue details for this site.

All the ads have been removed before posting the site on sale. I'm selling the site AS IS. I don't like sellers saying about "huge potential" or "easily make $xxx/month", so I won't say it . I have clearly stated in the first post that I don't have Google Analytics on this site. I have posted a detailed (full page) screenshot from Awstats of past month. I also have Webalizer, but it is considered less reliable than Awstats. Thank you!

The traffic of one day is not relevant and this auction will be ended in two days. If the site doesn't sell, I'll be installing Analytics at a later point.

 

There's one thing that I should specify from the beginning. As the graphic interface is unique, you can earn by selling copies of the site (without the bookmarks and user account in the database). You can get low-mid $xx per copy. I haven't tested this revenue method yet, but this is what I intend to do in short time with other sites of mine. Thanks and good luck to all bidders!

All the content is posted by users. You don't have to pay for it.

Depending on the monetization methods you wish to try, you may need to spend few minutes daily to remove some bookmarks linking to adult content, gambling sites etc. I will remove the most of these myself before transferring the site.

Regarding the hosting, this kind of sites doesn't require too much server resources. At the current traffic level (and even higher) the site can run on a shared host, but I don't recommend you to choose a very cheap one. A good plan of about $10~$20/mo should be enough.
