UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY

Basically I have a newly created site called LanceJam which I just don't have the time to develop. It uses a non-unique script, but few people know of the script and it is not very widely used, so is effectively unique. This is not to say it is a bad software, it is incredibly detailed and precise, but at $799 for a license they are no turnkey-site investment.

The $799 gets you the developers edition of iLance 3.0.0 (see full details at www.ilance.ca) which includes the source code for any addons you may wish to make. The site for sale is located at www.lancejam.com and it uses the iLance script with a transferrable license.

I'm willing to take around $500 for the site overall, or you can make on offer near this which I can consider.
