    Hello,
    Here is my situation. I have a huge revenue site, the site makes about $200/$250 revenue a day with ypn. It is a myspace related site. Traffic is 8k-9k uv a day.
    Normal Price for sale would be 35k or something like that, but I am in need of selling it fast as I have a family emergency and need the money, other wise I would never sell this site. I am looking to get a quick 17.5k, half of normal price.

    here is the deal, I have a high offer of 15k , the buyer is willing to pay today via direct wire transfer. if anyone is able to go above that and pay today via direct bank wire transfer pm me and ill send you stats.
