Huge Profitable Proxy! Over 600,000 Uniques/Month

Reason for Selling: It's time for second semester - so it is time to sell.

Description: You are bidding on three proxy websites. They are ProjectByPass.com, NetSack.net, and Esconda.com. ProjectByPass is over three years old, one of the oldest proxy sites on the net. I started the site in highschool to play games during my World History class. Then, I found out people were making money off of these, and decided to monetize and expand.

Traffic: Traffic is 100% generic. I have never paid for advertising on any of these sites. Again, they are very old and established... word of mouth is all it took.

Take a look at the AwStats screenshots, last month we had 600,000 unique visitors. In June (and part of July) we tried a new tracking software that was aweful and switched back to AwStats, which explains the dip in recorded traffic.

Advertising: As explained, I have never paid a dime for advertising. All generic traffic.

Hosting Cost: Currently, I host with LayeredTech. The server costs me $97.00 per month, but there are other sites on it. Safely, I estimate you could spend between $70 and $80 to comfortably host these sites on a server solely dedicated to these sites.

Revenue is earned from two sources: Google Adsense and Adversal. See screenshots. The way I calculated revenue was for the past 6 months of the past year: June 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 divided by 6. Please see screenshots for a detailed breakdown of each sites' revenue.

Can we see seperate screenshots for Adsense, months December and November 07 + Jan 08. Also, why was adversal revenue on a steady decline pretty much all through '07?

I've never heard so much crap, awstats is quite possibly the worst statistical program to give you a real analysis of a proxy website. Stick google analytics on it, you'll probably see those numbers drop by a factor of 10 at least.

I can also bet a vast proportion of your traffic is chinese, hotlinked and abusive bots. So, whoever buys this will be instantly smart priced and will probably take a couple years to recover their investment.

All in all, your just trying to gloss over some poorly performing proxies?
