Huge Problem with my Blog According to Webmaster Tools Shows - Help!!!!!

    This is what my blog shows at Webmaster tools Index Status

    Any help on how can I reduce Blocked by robots and reduce Not Select which count is ever growing 18,150.

    I use this:
    Are you sure you aren't blocking it in the wordpress control panel?

    I am not blocking it via any control panel settings!!!
