Logged on to my webpage today, and saw an advertisement on my google adsense window worded the same way my advertisement is on my Adword campaign. There wasn't a link below, so I decided to click on it to check it out. It was my website.... Am I paying to have my own viewers recirculate back to my website? I've looked through Google Adword FAQ's and can't find where Google excludes advertising on your own website?????
maybe you can choose sites that you want to advertise on , and this will be your white list ? This might solve your problem .
Sounds like you have your content network active within your adwords account. So yes, if a visitor clicks your ad you are paying for your own visitors to be redirected back to you page. You can certainly block certain sites withing your tools to keep your ads from displaying where you don't want them to.
you have to read adwords help center https://adwords.google.com/support/...8&ctx=en:search&query=negative&topic=0&type=f
yes google leaves the content network on by default ... they are actually getting sued by this http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/world/2008-04/23/content_6638686.htm everytime you create a new campaign if you dont want content network you have to go and turn it off
