Huge problem accessing my web directory

I cant access my directory. When I go to it I get a index and then it asks me to enter a username and password for dgdsgdf.com at http://best-general-directory.com. I have no idea what dgdsgdf.com is. Does this mean someone stole my website? I can still access my cpanel but all of the other pages i try to access say the index can't be found. I'm really new to this and very worried about my website that I have already put a lot of work into. The directory in question is the one in the sig.

 

I am seeing your domain and root directory fine.

 

Do you see my actual directory or that index of files?

 

Someone have hacked your website as all files from your directory are deleted.Restore a old backup and change passwords..

By directory I mean your root directory. No files present.

 

So is it hacked or is the server just down? I bought the hosting from someone on dp and on that thread I see other people responding that their sites are down.

How do you know they are deleted? I'm very new to this whole thing so I don't know a whole lot. I looked at another person saying hs site is down on that thread and it had the same dgdsgdf.com thing. Also the guy who sold the hosting has his pm box full and isn't replying to the thread. Should I consider him related?

Great now when you type in the url it re-directs you to a different site.

 

I think your site is hacked. Not sure, but your directory site currently redirects to:
hffm.co.uk/v2/


What is in the file "postinfo.html"? I didn't see it, but others said that there's a file by that name.
Hope this all gets sorted out soon.

Contact your web host and tell them about this. See what they have to say.

 

hffm.co.uk/v2/ is definately not my homepage. Before it was showing the root directory. Now it redirects you there. Also the guy from the same thread I spoke of before has his site pointing there. What should I do? Should the host be very suspect now? He isn't responding to anything.

 

Just striked, try "not" to login to your paypal account now. Do a scan for keyloggers, etc on your PC first...

 

Then it is also possible that whole server is hacked since the other guy on same server has same problem..

It's seems that all sites hosted on this "cheap" host are also redirected to hffm.co.uk/v2/

Yes that is my host and that is the thread I was refering to. Also now my when I go to the cp my account just shows as a demo account with nothing that I added still remaining.

 

That web host seems to be in India. If you have his phone number, I can talk to him and try and sort this out.
