    No changes here...

Was that blogs content unique? Or is it part of an automated blog network?

It does sound like what I call PR Poison which I've seen for a couple of months now on some sites selling links. This would fit what Google has been saying - that is, sites selling links would lose their ability to pass PageRank and other signals. What happens is that all of the PageRank is stopping at the site's root URL - the internal pages fall to 0 and no link love is passed to other domains. I expect we're going to see more of this over the summer.

Am not banned, but 2 days ago i added about 60 outbound links in 5 of the pr5 categories, (12 outbound links per page), then yesterday all those pages and all the categories lost the pr, i only hope that this is not the reason why those inner pages lost the pr :(

    No change here.
It could be a fluke. I would check again in a few days and it will probably be back to normal. I am not anticipating a google update until the end of July or August.

I wasn't aware that Google changed Pagerank other than during an update. Is this not the case? The only time the PR changes on my websites is when a PR update occurs every 3-4 months.

probably it's the datacenter problem. PR should not be change before the big PR update happened. maybe wait for a day and check again. ^^

I just noticed today that one of my sites has slipped in PR, it was OK a few days ago, I'm hoping it's just a temporary glitch.
